Coffee-chat «Workspace — a meeting point for generations»

On April 17, the coffee-chat on the theme «Workspace — a meeting point for generations» organized by the community Anticafe «HR&Admin» was held in the space of Concept Exposition in «Skolkovo Park». The event was attended by HR specialists and heads of major Russian companies.

The following issues were discussed in a positive and constructive atmosphere: What do people of different ages think about their profession, career, and motivation? How differ do their expectations of work environment? How to attract people to the office and make it comfortable for everyone?

The speakers and guests of the meeting noted the importance of these issues for business, since solving such tasks helps to take into account the needs of all generations and create a comfortable working environment for employees of different ages working in synergy.

The speakers of the event, Elena Dubovitskaya (Director of the Center for Sustainable Development at the Skolkovo School of Management), Maria Reznik (Director of Employer’s brand management at the Inventive Retail Group) and Elena Malinovskaya (Director of Rental of the Skolkovo Park business district at Millhouse), spoke about the theory of generations and opportunities of effective inter-age communication.
