Warranty for all products
Our suppliers provide a warranty for all products. Warranty periods vary from 2 to 10 years, depending on models, materials, mechanisms and other technical characteristics of the product. Information about the warranty for furniture is provided to the customer and is reflected in the project documents.
If, during the use of the furniture within the warranty period, a significant manufacturing defect of the product is revealed, then we agree with the factory to replace the damaged item, order it and carry out its installation at the customer’s office. However, if the damage is minor, our service department can repair it locally and promptly.
