Julep

The Julep collection of soft furniture from the leading Italian brand Tacchini was created by the Swedish designer Jonas Wagell. The soft enveloping shapes that characterize the collection Julep were influenced by the avant-garde trend of the 1950s, when simple forms were given a refined romantic charm.

The collection is dominated by a sofa, the rounded lines of which are adopted by other models of the Julep collection — an armchair and an ottoman. Fully upholstered, the seats look spacious, but convey a sense of lightness thanks to the recessed base, which invisibly lifts them off the floor. Designed more for home interiors, the Julep collection is also loved by designers and architects designing public interiors in which soft comfort and unique style are important.
