Polstergeist is a sofa system produced by Swedish furniture manufacturer Blå Station. The model was designed by Danish designer Christine Schwarzer in 2000.
Polstergeist is a sofa system that provides possibilities of none, one or two backrests. The backrests of the Polstergeist sofa can be placed in a tête à tête position. It is possible to have side panels and edges in contrasting colors. Polstergeist can, among other indoor and outdoor places, be used on fairgrounds, schools and in waiting areas.
Polstergeist has a steel frame and padding of moulded polyurethane foam upholstered in fabric or leather. The feet are produced from plastic. The sofa is available in a variety of colors.
